Terms

Prices  

Unless otherwise stated, all our prices are:

•  offered in Singapore dollars

•  per 75cl bottle

•  inclusive of duty and GST

•  provisional and subject to our confirmation

Payment

Payment is due on invoice, and may be by bank transfer or Singapore cheque (allow 5 working days for cheques to clear).

Overdue sums shall carry interest from the date when payment becomes due at 2% per month until all sums due to us have been paid. If any payment is overdue we shall be entitled to suspend deliveries.

Title and Risk

We shall retain title to all goods  sold by us until all the sums due from you in respect of any order have been paid.

Delivery

Delivery is free for orders above $500.

A nominal charge of $25 applies for orders below $500.

All fine wines are delivered directly from our temperature controlled warehouse.

Quality – Non agency wines & fine wines

All our fine wines are purchased from reputable sources with immaculate provenance. Shipping and storage is always temperature controlled.

We act in good faith when purchasing, shipping and storing wines, but will not be responsible for the state and condition of wines. However at our complete discretion, we will consider replacing the remainder of any wines sold which is undrinkable.

We will not refund a purchase because you did not like the wine.

Quality – Agency wines

The state and condition of our agency wines are guaranteed and we will replace or refund any agency wines that are faulty.

We may request the return of the damaged or corked product before a refund or replacement is given so that we can make an assessment as well.
